The Challenge
When Rise Buildings first contacted Zenatta they “used a combination of spreadsheets, disparate systems, bar napkins, and half-baked solutions. No way of tracking processes and workflows. Nor any way to house and analyze data.” They had Zoho One but needed professional help with implementing the Zoho suite to best fit their needs.
Implementation
After our initial deep dive call to understand all of Rise Building’s business processes, the Zenatta team was able to come up with a plan to help automate and organize their business. First, we set up a lead management process inside their CRM, followed by pipeline management. Once these were properly implemented the next step was to build out a product and pricing structure. Now that the CRM was set up, automation and sales cycle implemented, next was analytics. Custom analytics were set up with Zoho Analytics that reported various revenue metrics such as lifetime value and monthly recurring revenue.
Next was to enforce rules for the sales team to ensure they followed the pipeline structure implemented inside the CRM. By creating lead and deal blueprints, we ensured a consistent process that included pricing calculations and other guidelines. Depending on the lead or stage of the deal, a series of tasks and reminders would be triggered, i.e. monthly and quarterly check-in on clients. Finally, the sales team was brought up to speed on all the changes and trained on the new implementations.
