Coming from a background in the start-up space, Tyler brings a business-centric perspective to software implementations. After attaining his Masters in Business Administration and Business Analytics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Tyler joined Zenatta to lead project development and client success. Tyler leverages his passion for process automation and data analytics to help Zenatta’s clients optimize and understand their business at a high level.

After attaining his Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Josh joined Zenatta to lead the development and third-party integrations. Josh leverages his passion for automation to help Zenatta’s clients focus on the core aspects of their business.
Coming from a background in computing science, Jordan takes a very process oriented approach to software implementations. After attaining his Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, Jordan went on to work for small CRM company before moving on to start a Zoho consulting business. He joined the Zenatta team after a few years of independant Zoho consulting, and leverages his passion for process automation to tackle complex business processes with simple and streamlined solutions.
Wayne has a diverse portfolio of experience with a degree in web application programming; Wayne has applied his tech background to hospitality and retail management. Before joining the Zenatta team, Wayne was a restaurateur in Indiana. Wayne’s goal is to help Zenatta’s clients by building a library of up-to-date resources accessible to everyone to provide the necessary training and tools to help their businesses thrive.
With his mechanical engineering master’s focusing on human factors design, Greg subscribes to the philosophy that tools are meant to fit people, not the other way around. Before working for Zenatta, he helped with automation processes and workflow for an independent pharmacy chain in southern Utah. Greg’s goal is to make Zoho look better, run smoother, and be easier to understand for Zenatta’s clients.
John joins us after 7 years in the public accounting space where he provided various tax preparation, bookkeeping, office management, and IT services. Prior to that John studied at U.C. Irvine and his professional experience includes five years of restaurant management at UC Irvine’s Dining Halls. There he supervised over 100 workers and was introduced to financial forecasting, inventory controls, as well as cost saving methodologies.
With a background in Operations Research and Data Analysis, Lucas is a Brazilian programmer that likes to get stuff done quickly and reliably. In previous jobs, he implemented industrial job scheduling, fleet management and detailed long-haul route optimization – among other data-driven processes – to reach objectives of increased profit and reduced wasted resources. His goal is to make Zoho fully automated and with more meaningful data for spot-on decisions.

Hunter’s background in Deluge development and coding allows for seamless integration across Zoho’s entire suite of apps. With his experience and knowledge of Zoho’s CRM customization and automation, his goal is to offer flexible options for all businesses. If your goal as a business-owner is to cut down wasted time and money within your company, then he will guide you to get the job done.
Graduated May 2019 from the University of Tulsa with a BSBA in marketing and psychology minor. Has extensive experience working with Zoho Creator and other Zoho products as the main developer and IT support person for a multi-million dollar logistics company in the oil and gas industry. Deployed many heavily regulated safety-sensitive monitoring systems through the use of Zoho Creator, external software, and IoT devices. Leveraged Zoho products to effectively automate most of the company’s daily operations. Very interested in object-relational database design and is working to learn new programming languages that support this. On the side, enjoys woodworking, nature, and animals.
Bruno is a self-taught Brazilian Developer that has 4+ years experience with Zoho applications. Before working for Zenatta, he was responsible for implementing Zoho solutions for a Business Process Outsourcing Company that consisted of more than 200 users. He specializes in process automation and data analytics combining Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
Jason is a self taught developer with over 3 years experience in the Zoho world. He has worked in depth with a variety of Zoho applications as both an IT support professional and lead developer. Some notable projects include customized CRM widgets, mobile forms for digital signatures, and integrations between Zoho and third party applications. Jason prides himself on pushing the limits of Zoho apps to accommodate client needs in the most efficient and seamless way possible.
As a former 10 year touring Broadway show performer of the 2001 Emmy and Tony award winning show “Blast!” and a 15 year business owner and operator, Freddy brings a myriad of strategic and creative marketing systems to the Zenatta team. From creating, organizing and managing medium to large scale community events, his creative design focus of social and email marketing will push any business to the next level.
Billy is a Wordpress Developer with an eye for design. His knowledge will help our company website and client sites meet their goals. Billy and his young family have just moved to Ashland Oregon, and are looking forward to exploring the area’s amazing beer, wine, and food. He also has a passion for synthesizers and drum machines.
