  • The loophole is gone! With most sign platforms, if you are doing any kind of automated API they will charge you, Zoho is a fraction of the price of the competition. The automation cost is worth your time! 

• New Zoho Analytics Features Rolled Out Nov 22, 2022
  • Cliq, Zia Insights, Mobile app, and more updates to Zoho Analytics. Our favorite being that Organization Admins can edit the connector setup and not have to go through the person that originally created it. 

• Zoho Launches a New Web Browser
  • Security-focused browser, similar to Google Chrome and Brave. It’s in the early days and might be a little bit buggy to start but definitely something to take a look at. We have high hopes for it.
    

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM/VerifyTX Integration – Automated Verification of Benefits
  • In this implementation, our goal was to speed up our client’s process of verifying insurance coverage for prospective clients
  • To solve for this, we added a custom button to the CRM Lead record that organizes the Lead data and submits to the VerifyTX API
  • This API can use the data to check for benefits eligibility and return us data based on what is found
  • We can then write this response back to the CRM so that the user can immediately know the benefits eligibility for their prospect

Code Share of the Week

• Calculate Gross Profit for Line Items in a Zoho CRM Quote
  • This Code Snippet will automatically calculate the gross profit for each line item in a subform. For this example, we used the default quotes module in the CRM and a checkbox called Refresh Calculations to trigger the calculations.
