You can now equip Answer Bot with the ability to group terms. So when searches are done with synonyms you no longer have to manually enter each term in for each question, but rather create a group of words that will all reference the same article. See the full article here.
Use UAQs Adding More Solutions To Your Database
The UAQ section allows you to collect all the questions asked by users that the answer bot was unable to answer. This allows you to add more answers to your bot in the future based on unanswered questions. See the full details here.

Zobot Chat Handling Update
If a Zobot forwards a chat to an operator and it goes unanswered, it will now terminate the chat. In the past the chat was stuck in limbo until the customer terminated the connection.
