Zoho Assist is a remote support and access software that allows you to help customers from a distance via online support sessions.
Why we rate it "Maybe"
For basic remote support Assist will get the job done, however, needing other applications to also communicate as well as battling for the controls, makes it not ready for prime time in our opinion.
