  • Visitor Tracking in WordPress with some nice form integration.
• SalesIQ’s Android App Upgraded
  • This is now up to par with the iOS update a few weeks ago.
• Setup page Customization in Zoho CRM
  • Not quite sure what to do with this yet.  But it does have some interesting possibilities for Zoho Developers and Admins.
• Zoho Books Open Balance Changes
  • A much nicer opening balances GUI in Zoho Books.

• MailChimp Is Introducing A CRM. So Who’s Next? – Forbes – Gene Marks
  • Gene points out that marketing firms are all getting into the CRM business.
  • And he also points out the CRM companies like Zoho are getting into the marking business.  All for good reason.
