The Challenge
Prior to Zenatta we experienced a lot of frustration using multiple platforms to complete day to day tasks. For example, we used SuiteCRM for CRM/sales management, Quickbooks for bookkeeping, and HubSpot for marketing management. This created many processes, lots of confusion, and a ton of double or triple work. Upon adopting Zoho after absorbing another company who used it, it became clear that we needed help perfecting our Zoho environment. Zenatta has been instrumental in combing all of the items listed here into the suite of Zoho products.

Implementation
Though the implementations for Televic are still ongoing, here are the initial implementations to resolve the challenges they faced.
Zoho Books Migration and Customization
Our Finance division helped facilitate a smooth migration of their financial data from their old Zoho Books account to their new one. This allowed Televic to retain all the necessary data while ensuring a fresh start with a new organizational structure.
Once the new Books account was set up, we also implemented a solution that allowed the creation of invoices for partial shipments. This helped Televic ensure accurate billing and improved customer satisfaction.
Sales Reports and Analytics
Another big part of the initial setup was creating a comprehensive range of sales reports in Zoho Analytics. These helped provide valuable insights to further help Televic make data-driven decisions. This included ordering and forecasting capabilities within Zoho Books which provided valuable purchasing reports that allowed Televic to make informed procurement decisions.
Customized Sales Order Creation and Integration
The CRM to Books integration was tailored to meet Televic’s new requirements, streamlining the sales order creation process and increasing efficiency. The Zenatta team bridged these gaps between Zoho CRM, Books, and Analytics by centralizing data and making it easier for Televic to manage and analyze their information across various departments.
Training and Support
After everything was configured, our team also provided extensive training for Televic’s staff on various aspects of the new system. Training included fulfillment, inventory management, and best practices of various Zoho applications.
Though no implementations were done for Campaigns, our team also had a series of training sessions with their marketing division to help with the transition from HubSpot to Zoho Campaigns. This included data set migrations, email validation, segment/topic creations, and best practices.
Results
Zenatta has provided a clear, concise answer on things that are possible or not, and helped put processes in place to get to our end goal. It has been great to have a voice of reason in terms of how things should work vs. how things were setup. The main issue we had was a multi-platform approach to running the business, Zenatta provided a lot of help combining everything into CRM, Campaigns, and Books, which has been an enormous benefit. The business is more agile, and quicker to respond to issues across the board.
We estimate that Zenatta’s recommendations have led to at least a 30% efficiency increase system wide. This includes increased productivity from sales people, operations, and marketing efficiencies.
Zenatta does a wonderful job doing the best they can to assist however possible. There have been multiple times the consultants have gone above and beyond to solve issues, run over time on calls, fixed things that I thought were beyond repair…etc. Everyone is very knowledgable, and if they aren’t sure of something they will be upfront and honest about it, then find the answer and get back to you.
