• Zoho Meeting Security Update

  • You can no longer “Restart” an old meet by clicking on the old link. Going forward, meeting IDs will expire after use. This is a small but necessary update.  I don’t think it will affect most users.

• EOL Announcement: Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook

  • Zoho is going to EOL their old Microsoft Outlook Plugin for Zoho CRM.  Fear not –  you have a lot of options that are, in most cases, better solutions.

• Use Zoho Writer inside Zoho Cliq

  • You can now share, view, and create new documents while having a conversation on Cliq.

• Zoho Recruit – Workerly Integration

  • With this integration, you can screen and hire candidates with Zoho Recruit, convert them into temps, and export them to Workerly.

Notable Mobile Updates

• Get Zoho Desk insights on the go with Radar

  • Zoho has just launched a new Mobile App – Radar. With Radar, managers can keep tabs on Zoho Desk metrics including Live Traffic, Resolution Times, and Happiness Ratings. Agents can see their Open and Overdue tickets, via Radar’s ‘Daily Toast’–a summary of personalized stats. The app also shows the static dashboards in the desktop version of Zoho Desk.

• Zoho CRM-Sign Integration to trigger Quickbooks Online Deposit Invoice via Zoho Flow

  • Zoho Sign document sent via standard CRM-Sign integration

  • Zoho Flow triggers on completion of Zoho Sign document

  • Flow fetches information from Deal, including contact information and contract deposit amount

  • Quickbooks customer fetched based on matching email address

  • Invoice created in QBO for the deposit amount, before being automatically sent to the customer
