Zoho CRM Adds Multi-Organization Support with Single Sign-On

What is multi-org support?
In order to ease login and access to multiple Zoho CRM accounts, we came up with multi-org that allows users to use same email address and credentials to login to multiple accounts. Previously users had to use different email addresses and passwords to login to each account.

How can a user be part of multiple CRM accounts?
A CRM user who is a super admin or admin can be part of multiple accounts either by creating multiple org accounts or through invitations from other orgs. The non-admin users can be part of multiple orgs only through invitation.

How can this feature be useful?
This feature is especially useful for organizations who maintain different CRM accounts to manage their business, such as a franchisee or a subsidiary.

This is going to make multi tier and brand businesses very happy. Great update for Zoho CRM. See the full details here.
