Here are some of the main features and enhancements released last month in Zoho People:
Consolidated reports – Draw actionable insights effortlessly with the new consolidated reports in Zoho People. Reports for all modules, such as Leave, LMS, Attendance, Cases, Payroll, Timesheets, Performance, and Files, have been grouped together under one tab.
Health Status Form update – Collect all the necessary information regarding your employees’ health during the pandemic with our new enhancement to the Employee Health Status form. This update will help you support employees who test positive for COVID-19 faster by gathering more specific data from those who report being sick.
Course certificate eligibility – Sometimes, course certificates cannot be given out unless a certain grade has been attained. This update allows you to define the criteria for viewing and downloading course certificates available within Zoho People’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Course reports – Take full advantage of the course reports introduced in our LMS to help trainers, learners, and course admins view data on attendance, grades, submissions, enrollment, and more.
Leave encashment report – This all-new report gives the number of eligible days each employee has for leave encashment.
