You Can Now Send SMS notifications in Zoho Subscriptions via Twilio
Like the title says, you can now send SMS notifications to your customers Zoho Subscriptions using a Twilio integration. Prior to this integration, in order to send SMS reminders, you had to connect with an SMS provider using either webhooks or connectors like Zoho Flow or Zapier.
Zoho Recruit Adds A Chatbot (And it is not a SalesIQ Powered ZoBot)
Well, this is interesting. Zoho Recruit now has its own “Zia” powered chatbot, and it’s own chatbot builder. We are pretty sure this is the first chatbot from Zoho that isn’t powered by a Zoho SalesIQ ZoBot builder.
