Get Zoho Desk Insights with Radar
Zoho has just launched a new Mobile App – Radar. With Radar managers can keep tabs on Zoho Desk metrics including Live Traffic, Resolution Times, and Happiness Ratings. Agents can see their Open and Overdue tickets, via Radar’s ‘Daily Toast’–a summary of personalized stats. The app also shows the static dashboards in the desktop version of Zoho Desk.
Gamescope Is Now Part of Zoho Desk
With Zoho Motivator going away, it looks like Gamescope is going to be the replacement. This has been in CRM for years, but you can now turn it on in Zoho Desk. By default, Gamescope is disabled. To enable Gamescope: Click the Setup icon ( ) in the top bar. Click Gamescope under the General menu. Turn the Gamescope toggle to ON.
