The problem, Sales IQ and CRM don’t talk that well together
Want to link your Zoho Sales IQ data with new leads in the CRM? You should! It will enable you to go back and retroactively see their visits and history on your website. Unlocking a lot more information about your new lead than just what they sent you via a form or email.
With default integration from Zoho Sales IQ to Zoho CRM, you can only see data from new leads should they come from Sales IQ via chat. Meaning your visitor must interact with you first via Zoho Sales IQ. We know not all leads will come in this way.
But what about that call to action button prompting your lead to join your newsletter or request a quote via a form? It’s some times more likely they will come in that way.
So let’s meld the CRM and Sales IQ together via Forms!
How to integrate it all via Zoho Forms
To do so is actually pretty easy. Should you not want to watch the short video in this article, here is the step by step:
- Open up your Zoho Form via the edit button on the main menu
- Make sure you have a ‘Name’ and an ‘Email’ field in your form
- Head over to the integration tab in the top menu bar
- First, select integrate into Zoho CRM as a lead or a contact
- Map your fields to the CRM via leads or contacts for your form
- Next, integrate info Zoho Sales IQ on the left-hand side of the integration screen.
- Map your fields to Sales IQ, making sure to map ’email’ and ‘name’
- Go into the CRM and make sure your Sales IQ is integrated there as well
- Found in Setup > Marketplace > All > Install “Visitor Tracking”
