Implementation of the Week
- Referral Partner Management via CRM Automation
- In this implementation, our goal was to provide our client with an easy way to track Referrals made by Partners easily within CRM
- To accomplish this, we created a custom module that is populated with the Referral data each time a Partner refers a Prospect to our client
- Data is entered into this custom module via imports and/or form submissions using specific referral information
- This data can be used to track and analyze the effectiveness of various referral sources
- Lastly, we set up a scheduled function to send successful referral information back to the Referral Partner so that they can be aware of what inbound referrals have converted to customers
