• CRM Attachments Automated Migration to Workdrive
  • Oftentimes, we engage with a new client who has been loading all of their attachments directly into the CRM record related lists
  • This is alright for a while, but the CRM attachments do not work well as a long-term solution for file storage/management (due to cost, search functionality, and sharing)
  • WorkDrive provides a terabyte of storage along with your Zoho One migration and excellent tools for file usage and collaboration
  • In this implementation, we build a scheduled function that looped through all records containing Attachments (in this case, Deals in a few specific Stages), and loaded the attachments into specific folders for each Account
