  • The CRM includes a working email parser that can pull data out of templated emails
  • The downside is that the parser can only point to one singular module
  • In some use-cases, data coming in via a parser may already exist in the CRM. For example, it may already exist as a Lead OR a Contact
  • Custom module created to capture the parsed data
  • Upon creation of the custom module record, a function triggers to search relevant modules using the parsed data and take proper actions
