• Zoho Cliq Adds Fix For Android Notifications
  • Resolve all notifications with a single Cliq, no pun intended.
• The Zoho Mail Add-in for Outlook Now Supports POP
  • Is anyone out there still using POP?
• Publish to Pinterest On Marketing Plus or CRM Plus
  • And as discussed last week with Zoho Social, if your bundle includes Social you can publish to Pinterest. 

Implementation of the Week

•  Zoho Sheet as Dynamic Data Source for Analytics
  • Many clients like to use Analytics to report on progress to goals (ex: Sales vs. Quotas)
  • Generally, these targets are not explicitly stored within the CRM
  • Targets also often change, which can be tricky to manage in CRM records
  • Zoho Sheet can be used as a cloud-based spreadsheet tool for Quota/Target management
  • This Sheet data is then synced to Analytics and blended with CRM sales data to review progress to goals
