• Zoho Launches Catalyst
  • Beta for Catalyst started back at the start of 2019 and this serverless application platform is officially live.
• Zoho ShowTime Will No Longer Be Part Of Zoho Workplace
  • As discussed a couple of weeks ago, with Trainer Central replacing ShowTime this went into effect the last day of August.
• Zoho SalesIQ Adds New Contacted Visitor Filter
  • On the rings, you can now filter out those IPs already being helped.
• Create Invoices For Milestones
  • If Projects is connected to Books/Invoice you can now send invoices directly from Milestones.
• Bigin Adds Ready-Made CRM Templates
  • For new businesses switching to Bigin,  this could be a huge time saver.
• TrueSync Now Allows Multiple Accounts (Windows Only)
  • Not many will need this but if you do a nice QOL enhancement.  The Apple version usually follows suit a few weeks after.
• Zoho Backstage Adds Expo Management
  • A great addition for managing events with multiple brands and booths.
• Cliq Adds Threads
  • Even with search getting lost in your organization’s messages is very easy to do, this new feature is a game-changer.
• Zoho CRM Colorpalooza
  • Tags and Picklists (in Meetings) you can now associate colors to.
• Zoho CRM Adds Import Users
  • You can now bulk import users into the CRM using .xls, .xlsx, & .csv file formats.
• New Zoho CRM Blueprints Enhancements
  • We are very happy with this latest batch.

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM Auto notification to Contact and Contact Owner when Contact reaches a certain age (based on Date of Birth field)

• • You can set up workflows based on date fields (ex: 1 day/week/month after the date in a field), but you cannot schedule these more than 24 months after the date value
  • However, there are many times when we may want a reminder at a date more than 2 years following the value in a date field (ex: Contact’s 21st birthday, 5 year anniversary of Customer onboarding, etc)
  • Using Zoho CRM’s COQL (CRM Object Query Language) in Deluge, we can selectively retrieve those customers on a daily basis that match date-related criteria, and triggers emails, tasks, or other notifications to team members
