  • Zoho’s early introduction of an LMS is in the works with Trainer Central.  Though Beta doesn’t seem to be live yet, it does appear to be close!
• Zoho TeamInbox Adds Multiple Sender Addresses Associated With Inbox
  • The title sums up this nice little addition. 
• Zoho Sprints iOS App Adds Filter And Search In Boards Module
  • Yet another nice improvement to the Sprints for iOS.
• What’s New In Zoho Mail
  • A handful of updates including integrations with Cliq and Meeting.
• Zoho Workerly Revamps Rate Rules
  • After a lot of feedback from last year’s Rate Rules addition, some great additions and module improvements have been made.
• Zoho Open Kitchens During New Spike
  • During these recent hard times with COVID-19 spikes in India, Zoho has fired the kitchens back up offering 6,000 meals a day with plans to double that soon.
    

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho Desk Scheduled Function for Automated Deduplication
  • Zoho Desk does have the ability to run manual deduplications on Contacts
  • However, it is limited to name, and contact information for identifying which Contacts are duplicated
  • A scheduled function was created using deluge to identify Contacts based on custom criteria (multiple matching fields)
  • Zoho Desk API supports calling the merge function via Deluge, with a list of Contacts to be merged (with one Contact as “Primary)
  • This is then set up on a daily basis to identify and resolve duplicates, without loss of data
