  • User’s activities and time tracking are split between Zoho CRM, Desk and Projects
  • All three primary applications can sync into one Workspace within Zoho Analytics, to be reported on in tandem
  • SQL Queries built to organize action items (tasks/tickets), and work hours items (timesheets) into consolidated tables to be rolled up in pivot tables
  • Single filters for user, client account, and timeline can be used to view specific slices of data from master tables
