• More Zoho Meeting Enhancements
  • A bunch of new updates as Zoho Meeting continues to improve.
  • But… we retested the recording quality this week.  And it is still very poor.  So, we can’t recommend using Zoho Meeting until this is fixed.
  • This is also the case in Zoho ShowTime which we also retested this week.
  • Hopefully, this gets fixed soon, because both are good apps except for the recording issues.
• Zoho Cliq Get Widgets
  • Cliq continues to get better and better.  This now makes it easier to access additional data sources directly from Cliq.

  • A lot of updates last month. But you have to check out Galaxy Mode!
• Bigin Gains Zapier Integration
  • Bigin is now fully integrated with Zapier, the platform that lets you easily connect your apps and automate your workflows. 
• Two Way Synchronization between Zoho CRM and Bigin
  • You can now sync:
    • Contacts & Accounts
    • Deals & Products
    • Activities
    • Notes
  • Pretty sure Nostradamus predicted this in 1555.  Man, that guy was good. 
• Zoho Notebook adds Note Sharing
  • Notes are always shared in “read-only” mode. 
  • You can share a note with up to 50 users. 
  • You can share up to 50 notes with your organization. 
  • You can share up to 500 notes privately. 
  • You can receive a maximum of 250 notes.
• Zoho Workplace Officially Rolls Out
  • We talked about this a few weeks ago, but it has now officially rolled out.
• Analytics Update Roundup
  • You can now set an Expiry Date for Private Links
  • There is a new Show/Hide option in Pivot Views

Notable Mobile Updates

• Zoho Mail Android app now supports Dark Mode
  • For those who like all things Dark Mode. Rejoice. 

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho Flow for custom Zoho Form Integration
  • Zoho Form submissions can trigger custom integration actions in Zoho Flow
  • Zoho Flow can fetch against Leads AND Contacts to ensure there are no existing matches in either module
  • If there is a match, a Task and Email notification can be triggered to notify the record owner that a form submission came through for an existing record
  • Overall, this integration is a nice improvement over the default Forms integration, as it can check and upsert in multiple modules
