Zoho Meeting Security Update
You can no longer “Restart” an old meet by clicking on the old link. Going forward, meeting IDs will expire after use. This is a small but necessary update. I don’t think it will affect most users.

Zoho has just launched a new Mobile App – Radar. With Radar managers can keep tabs on Zoho Desk metrics including Live Traffic, Resolution Times, and Happiness Ratings. Agents can see their Open and Overdue tickets, via Radar’s ‘Daily Toast’–a summary of personalized stats. The app also shows the static dashboards in the desktop version of Zoho Desk.
