? 1. (0:38) I’m using Z Mail as my email client and have set up 2 aliases. I’d like to send notifications from Bookings using an alias, but Zoho tells me this function is not yet available. Is there a workaround?
? 2. (2:34) In Zoho Books, any insight on transferring a balance from one Inventory Asset Account to another? We currently have 2 accounts, Inventory Distributor Owned and Inventory Client Owned. They are both Asset Stock accounts in Books, but there is no native way to journal or adjust between the accounts. Zoho support said the only way is to undo all transactions, deactivate the items, create new items, and recreate the documents. Hoping someone has a creative idea besides redoing all of our transactions.

(5:23) Email auto-syncs from our Office 365 tenant to Zoho CRM contacts\leads no longer work after Microsoft disables basic auth – according to a Microsoft article, it seems app passwords are no longer supported. Can you help confirm how we can setup\use auto-sync as the Zoho CRM plugin for email doesn’t seem to support this, and each email needs to be manually “associated.”
? 4. (9:09) Is there a way to move people from contacts to leads? I did an import, and all 12,000 people went into contacts.
? 5. (11:25) I import leads from online databases. While importing, I make it check by Company name to find duplicates, but Zoho CRM only checks in the Leads module. When my sales team starts calling, they recognize existing accounts imported as leads, so is there a way to check duplicate records across modules?
? 6. (14:59) What is the best practice/code to force entry of phone numbers in standard formats? (e.g., +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx) If we do pull in country codes, it looks like we can also use ParsePhoneNumber to help.
? 7. (19:18) I wanted to know if there’s any way to add a contact to multiple accounts. I know that this can be done through multi-lookup fields, but you don’t get the rollup features that contacts usually get when related to accounts (notes, activities, etc). Is there any workaround for this? Does Zoho have any plans to roll out this basic feature? I believe every other CRM in the market has this, idk why Zoho doesn’t.
? 8. (20:54) Do you know if when we are setting up Amazon integration on Zoho Inventory (FBA almost exclusively for fulfillment), do we need to enable sales tax when setting up? (Zoho wants you to make a selection on tax settings before integration) Thankfully, AMZ handles sales tax with Marketplace Tax Facilitator, but sales tax is included with orders (although we do not handle it). Do not want it impacting any accrual accounting valuations, or worse, accounting for sales tax as part of the sale of goods itself.
? 9. (23:44) As the contact starts moving through the system, is there a way to identify if the client is on a follow-up action plan so they do not get forgotten? We assign our clients to a follow-up campaign immediately but sometimes agents “forget” to assign a campaign. Also, can multiple campaigns be assigned (for example, expired listing drip campaign and the weekly newsletter campaign)?

When adding a shipping address, I run into a code 15 error: “Please ensure that the shipping_address has less than 100 characters.” Am I going to need to waste an API call creating the address and use the address_id instead?
