1. (0:38) How do I automate emails to go out on specific dates like holidays to my contacts

2. (2:55) Does anyone else use Divvy and might be looking for a Zoho Books/Divvy integration?  I’m migrating away from QuickBooks Online and to Zoho Books, and the only major downside is that there is no Divvy Integration for Zoho Books.  I’m looking for anyone who might want to share the costs of having such an integration created.  I have reached out to Zoho as well as Divvy, and nothing is in the works on either end, so I’m trying to see what my options are to have one created.

3. (7:00) I use the abandoned WooCommerce cart workflow in Campaigns. I have found no info on the merge tags the templates include nor the requirements to associate an abandoned cart with a contact. I’ve tested the abandoned cart flow. However, I’m not receiving any abandoned cart emails. My test contact exists in CRM and in Campaigns and has been de-anonymized by SalesIQ.

4. (8:39) When editing a repeating task in CRM, the edit only applies to the individual task, not the series.  In order to edit the whole series of repeating tasks, one needs to turn off repeating, save, edit, turn repeating back on, then save again.  This isn’t too bad, except if the originating task is completed, then turning off repeating deletes all open tasks.  The only solution is to clone the completed task, make the edits then save it as a new repeating task. Does anyone have a better workaround for this?

5. (12:11) Seems like the “Quantity in stock” field in Products in CRM does not sync with the “stock on hand” inventory from Books/Inventory. Also looks like Zoho Finance module in CRM doesn’t prompt to create a backorder/PO for out-of-stock items when creating a SO as it would if you created the SO in ZInventory. Any additional help on how salespeople can best work directly from CRM instead of having to work between CRM and Inventory to see stock levels would be amazing.

6. (14:28) I’m looking to set up a system on Zoho One to track goals and habits for my real estate company. For instance, agents might set a goal to list a certain number of properties each quarter. To achieve that goal, we’ll identify the habits or activities needed to get there. I want the system to be dynamic so that goals and activities can be tailored to each agent.

7. (19:18) When we visit a customer, sometimes their equipment is unrepairable, and we give them a quote for new equipment. Part of the deal is that if they agree to the new equipment, we cancel the charge for the service call. This normally happens within days. I am looking for but practice ideas so that 1. we do not forget to chase those who do not go ahead and owe a service charge and 2. Remember to delete the invoice, which is now void, if they do go ahead. Is there a way of tagging an invoice?

8. (21:43) I see “3dcart” as a Shopping Cart integration in your screenshot at 27:02 – but I have fewer options than you.  How might I get that integration?

9. (23:15) We’ve done a pretty lousy job building groups and departments. Can you please explain the difference between them and how they are usually setup? I recall being asked If I wanted to create a Group or a Department, if that rings any bells for you. I don’t think it was Desk. Regardless, can you clarify the value of Groups in CRM? 

10. (24:56) is there a way create a workflow from specific information in custom related list? We are trying to send an automated message once the invoice is closed.

11. (26:23) Love RingCentral and CRM, but please, is there some way of closing a RingCentral call pop-up? Most of the time, they close easily, but other times they stay open and then on my multiple machines. Basically, at that point, you are closing down the browsers on all machines.Please help I have reached out to RingCentral, but I think their help desk is being run by an AI system hell-bent on damaging their business.

12. (28:18) How do I make sure that an email signature in Zoho Mail is not sent as a picture?

13. (30:21) You spoke about feeding information of leads when they become opportunity and sale from Zoho CRM back to Google Ads but how do Google Ads conversions get credited into Zoho CRM? Would you be looking ay Enquiry Source = Google Ads? Is there a requirement to link Zoho CRM within Google Ads to achieve this?

14. (34:50) What is the Zoho SalesIQ Zobot “criteria router” used for?

15. (36:30) While associating candidates for job openings, I’m not able to view blueprint for any candidate can you please assist me with this and also for another user. Can you please help me with this?

16. (38:52) We start populating this while the client is a lead but I want this case file to stay attached to the client or their account when we convert to a client – is that possible and how would I do that if it is? Is there a better way of doing this – such as creating a simple Zoho Creator app that we could connect to CRM?

17. (42:37) I want to handle all double opt-In processes in the CRM. A tutorial using a lead Gen Form in Zoho Forms and pass the data to crm, where the magic happens, 😉 would be useful. In CRM: send out an email to the user which includes a link to click and confirm the subscription, enrich data for the new lead in CRM (automatically), send out Lead Magnet via email from CRM after confirming DOI, and finally update consent status in data privacy.

18. (45:45) I watched it all but I still don’t see the value. When is analytics a good option instead of the Normal CRM analytics. Can you give us some real life examples?

19. (49:52) How can a Zoho Form capture the response date on collection?
