1. (0:51) For the response options, if someone opened and clicked on a link for an email, are they included in both “Opened” AND “Clicked?” I set up a workflow using the response feature, but then set it up to send the same email to all of those buckets of people (at different timings), but I don’t want to be sending duplicate emails.

2. (2:07) Can you help me to understand the “applications” module?  It seems to be new since this tutorial and seems to be a mix of Candidates and something new.  Finding it hard to understand why we needed it and how to work with it. A pipeline in each is really confusing

3. (7:58) I am looking for recommendations for a Field Services program that integrates in real-time with Zoho CRM.

4. (10:15) I use Zoho CRM to store customer information. I wish to store documents/files on behalf of our customers, for example, a list of passwords or an employment contract. I know I can have file fields on custom modules, but can I provide the customer with easy access to them?

5. (12:25) In Blueprints, how many parallel transitions can you have in one transition? Is it limited to just 2 transitions (Sub-tasks) or can I have 4 in one transition

6. (13:48) I’m trying to understand how I can pass the URL values of a site to an embedded Zoho Form. It’s quite clear how to append parameters from CRM to a Zoho forms link directly, but how to handle this when the form is embedded in a website?

7. (16:36) Hello, I do see all my user’s emails however my users are unable to see the email I’m getting from my customers or leads. They do see emails that were sent by me but can’t see the emails that were received by me. Any help would be highly appreciated!

8. (19:25) Do you have any videos on how to implement a bot for Cliq to ask a “question of the week” to create community? I know Slack has the capability for things like this, and I haven’t been able to find ANYTHING on this for ZOHO. Please help!

9. (23:17) What is the purpose of the “name” mandatory field in each of the Zoho CRM modules? after all, there is a record_id field that is generated on the back end. Why is this “name” field needed?

10. (27:30) Would you recommend using Zoho Learn as a general knowledgebase or using the knowledgebase in Zoho Desk?

11. (32:25) Is there a plan to integrate Zoho Learn with Zoho People or Desk?

12. (33:36) Can anyone show me a workaround of how to get a list of the Invoices in Zoho Books that have been paid with Retainer Invoice Credits? Or the list of the Retainer Invoices and Invoices that these retainers have been applied to. I would prefer the first option because this way, I can filter with the Invoice Date.

13. (37:46) Can a contact enter into a Campaigns Workflow using a Zoho Survey as the trigger?

14. (44:06) Have you guys had luck in pushing inventory levels to CRM? I would love to create my POs in CRM while synching to the Financial modules. Knowing accounting levels at the CRM is something I’ve seen many struggle with.

15. (47:18) In your AZAAZ Vol 1, Issue 3, you answered a question with a solution involving using Deals to get notes from contacts not part of an account to appear with notes from contacts in an account. That solution could actually work really well for me, except that I have contacts in a custom module that I created. When I go to Add Contact Roles to the Deal, I can only select contacts from the Contacts module. I’ve been unable to find a setting that allows me to retrieve contacts from a different module. Is that possible?

16. (52:25) I’m trying to understand the pricing side of things.  When you sign up for the Zoho One suite for  a monthly fee, does that genuinely give you all the apps?  I ask as I came to set up Campaigns, and it was suggesting further costs based on contact numbers. Is this correct, and does it affect any of the other modules?

17. (56:36) Can the bots be integrated to handle company-type-specific questions? I own a real estate brokerage, so some knowledge in that area would be nice. Or can the bot be integrated with real estate bots

18. (1:01:26) Can clients approve designs in Zoho Social Agency: are there brand calendars? and if you can tailor the post according to the platform and gives suggestions
