Implementation of the Week
- Zoho CRM – Inquiry tracking for multiple Lead submissions using Zoho Flow
- Landing page forms created using Unbounce set up to track UTM parameters for form submission (Source, Campaign, Keyword)
- Unbounce posts a webhook to Zoho Flow upon submission
- Zoho Flow looks for existing Contacts and Leads based on email
- If found, a child record “Inquiry” to track this form submission is created. If not, a Lead and Inquiry is created for the submission
- Allows for multiple touch tracking via CRM, as well as Lead re-engagement
Things We Noticed
- Zoho Analytics adds copy/paste functionality for Chart dimensions when customizing Dashboards
- Zoho CRM appears to have finally fixed the bug with user names showing up duplicated (John Smith John Smith instead of John Smith)
