• Zoho Showtime Advanced Features Now Free Until June 10, 2020
  • And since people are working remotely.  Zoho is opening up its advanced features in Showtime for free until mid-June.
• Update Your Zoho Desk Domain-Mapping ASAP
  • If you had Zoho Desk for a while, you may be pointing to an invalid domain map.  
  • Point your CNAME to desk.cs.zohohost.com
  • All other mappings will expire on March 15, 2020.
• Roll-out Announcement for New CRM Record Pages Look and Feel
  • We’ve talked about it for a few weeks. You should start to see it in your CRM starting this week!
• Zoho Sheets Get’s Picklists
  • A much easier way to add in-cell picklists then the standard data look-up used in Excel and Google Sheets.

Implementation of the Week

• Backorder Reporting in Zoho Analytics
  • Utilizes Zoho Inventory – Zoho Analytics connector
  • SQL Table to calculate current stock on hand, current open sales order quantities, and current open purchase order quantities
  • Summary table of items, filtered to those with where open sales order quantity is greater than current stock on hand
  • Provides a single view to see all items that are back-ordered, categorized by the vendor
  • Open purchase order quantity highlights items where the new purchase is not necessary
