Here is a quick summary of Zoho’s 2019:
2018 saw the release of 5 new applications Zia Voice, Analytics, Backstage, Pagesense, and Zoho Flow.
In 2019, things got even crazier. With, by our count, 6 new products, 4 new services, 4 new product bundles, and at least 4 major product overhauls.
Company growth has continued. Starting the year with approximately 6000 employees and ending this year just under 9000. As to users, they started the year at 45 Million Users and current estimates are close to 55 Million Users

- New CRM-WorkDrive Integration for Zoho One
- This was the start of WorkDrive getting ready to replace the old Docs application.
February
- First New Product of 2019 – Zoho Payroll Was Introduced
- Completely Updated Office Suite Rolled Out
- And the Office updated continued all year.
March
- Zoho’s Expands Presence in Australia, New Office, New Leader, New Data Centers
- Marketplace Expanded to Include Zoho Projects
- The Marketplace application expansion continued.
April

- Logolinism Process Begins with the Finance Suite
- Zoho released new logos for all of the applications. Is the main Zoho corporate logo be next?
September
- Zoho One Gets a Major UI Overhaul
- A major upgrade to the admin panel. Much needed, and very well executed.
- Orchestly Added to Zoho One
October
- Zoho rolled out a new Dev Platform called Zoho Developer. It has some new applications called Sigma and Catalyst that allow for the rapid deployment Zoho Applications and Extensions to the Zoho Market place.
- iPad Applications start to roll out to MacOS Catalina using Apple’s Mac Catalyst framework.
November
- The phase-out of Zoho Docs to Zoho Workdrive begins
- Zoho People LMS Goes to Beta
- Look for a stand-alone LMS (Learning Management System) in 2020.
- Zoho One Gets the “One Launcher”
- This gave us the title of a show this year. “The Application Super Highway”.
December
- Zoho Campaigns Adds SMS
- Zoho Forms Gets a Major Overhaul
- It is now much easier to customize the look and feel of a Form.
