- What’s new in Zoho Desk in 2024 (Blog Version)
- This might as well have been a version release, but some great enhancements from the desk team. The most notable update from this batch, is you can now create a custom module inside Zoho Desk.
- Zoho CRM Announces New Formula Builder Functions
- This Now() formula can trigger a recalculation on a regular basis instead of a record update.
- Zoho CRM Q1 2024 Updates
- We’ve covered most of these updates, but one significant addition we haven’t yet discussed is Kiosk Studio, which enables users to build a complete end-to-end user experience workflow.
- Zoho WorkDrive 4.0: Phase 2 Update Summary
- We covered all of these during the initial launch, but in case you missed it, here is an update on phase 2 of the WorkDrive 4.0 update.
- Bigin data export enhancements
- You can now choose which fields you want to export instead of always having to export all fields.
- Zoho Workerly Scheduled Temps dedicated view
- The title says it all. Scheduled Temps now has its own dedicated list view.
- Zia Updates
- List View Anomaly Detector
- You can now let Zia analyze your list views to detect any anomalies in the records and automate system review.
- Churn Prediction Enhancements
- Using descriptive reasoning with data, Zia will break down why they think you will lose a potential customer.
- Zia Call Intelligence Enhancements
- Zia can now pick out keyphrases from the call transcripts, very similar to Fathom. It does work with some other phone bridges outside of Zoho.

Implementation of the Week
- Custom XML Related List in Accounts Module to Show All Tasks from Child Records
- In this implementation, our goal was to create a custom list of all Tasks related to child records of an Account, visible from the master Account view
- In the CRM, Tasks will “roll-up” for default modules like Contacts and Deals, but not for custom modules
- Using a XML, we are able to create our own related lists on the Account that pull data based on custom scripted logic
- So, to solve for this use-case, we added a custom list that would query all of the child-records of the Account, and roll-up + display those Tasks combined at an Account level
- We can include any information about the Tasks that we would like, including the specific module and/or module entry they are related to
