While we do agree that these are amazing applications, there are some other top applications that didn’t grab a Zenmy this year. Here’s our picks for the most underrated Zoho applications!
Zoho Flow
Automate your business workflows with Zoho Flow. This application is essentially the Zapier of Zoho. Even though Flow is only a Maybe in our ratings, it is still a super useful application. This user-friendly interface allows you to create integrations and automation with almost all the Zoho apps and a slew of third-party applications as well. You can also schedule workflows based on specific triggers or make connections via webhooks.

We do rate Flow a Maybe, due to a direct comparison to Zapier. Flow does have a pretty extensive list of apps you can integrate, however, Zapier has pretty much any application integration you can think of. Flow doesn’t get enough recognition for being as powerful of a tool as it is. Customization options are unlimited with the ability to write in Deluge code when needed. Zoho Forms
Capture user data easily with this intuitive form builder. Zoho Forms is an amazing product that allows users to collect data and have it automatically sent directly to their connected apps, like Zoho CRM. You won’t need any technical knowledge to create professional-looking forms. The drag-and-drop form builder allows you to customize the form to your specific needs.

With so many use cases, we are surprised Forms hasn’t slid into the top applications in the last few years. One of the most underrated applications in Zoho’s lineup, simply due to being forgotten.
