Implementation of the Week

• Customer-based Price Lists in CRM
  • By default, Price Lists in the CRM set prices based on item quantities on a Quote
  • Oftentimes, businesses define Price Lists at a Customer level instead
  • Using a subform on a Deal record, and client scripting, we can mimic the instant update of the standard Quote/Price List functionality
  • This custom functionality allows us to set Price Lists at a Customer Account level, and have them apply to the Quoting process automatically
