• Zoho Voice is Now Integrated with… umm… Zoho
  • We were surprised that this wasn’t here at launch, but Zoho Voice now has full integration with all Zoho apps using Zoho’s Telephony platform, AKA PhoneBridge.
• Lock Meetings in Zoho Meeting for Android
  • Hosts now have the ability to lock a meeting from the Android app.
• Business Hours and Calendar Bookings in Zoho Recruit
  • You can now log business hours in Zoho Recruit. 
  • You can now also set your availability preferences with the Calendar Bookings feature.
• Zoho Mail Round-Up (Part II)
  • Mail merge extension in eWidget
  • User profile section revamped

  • You can now pin your favorite eWidgets

•  Zoho Mail Adds Snooze and Reminders
  • You can now set a snooze on an email for a set period of time, and add reminders to emails.
    
• Zoho Projects iOS Adds Subfolder Section
  • The documents module inside the iOS version of Zoho Projects now supports subfolders.  
    
• SalesIQ Features
  • Answer Bot Terms For SalesIQ
    • You can now equip Answer Bot with the ability to group terms. So when searches are done with synonyms you no longer have to manually enter each term in for each question, but rather create a group of words that will all reference the same article.
  • Use UAQs Adding More Solutions To Your Database
    • The UAQ section allows you to collect all the questions asked by users that the answer bot was unable to answer. This allows you to add more answers to your bot in the future based on unanswered questions. 

Implementation of the Week

• Zoom Webinar Registration and Attendance Data to Zoho CRM
  • From the Zoom Developer space, two webhooks were set up to go to Zoho Flow: one for when someone registers for a webinar and another for when someone joins a webinar.
  • The flow fetches a CRM contact or lead based on email or creates one if none are found. 
  • The flow attaches the contact to a CRM campaign based on the Topic Name of the Webinar. If no campaign exists, the campaign is created.
  • Depending on which webhook was called, the contact’s member status in the campaign is set to “Registered” or “Attended”
