Implementation of the Week

• Custom functions to send and track Zoho Sign documents via Zoho CRM
  • There is a pre-built integration to send a Zoho Sign template via CRM records
  • This method works, but requires many clicks and page redirects to send out the document
  • Using a custom button, we can automate the creation and delivery of Zoho Sign templates, prefilled with CRM data
  • Custom module records can be created in CRM to link to auto-generated Sign document, and to track status
