Custom functions in Zoho Subscriptions for mapping current subscription Statuses to CRM Contacts
- Custom Deluge scripts can be triggered on a variety of Subscriptions actions (activation, upgrade, cancellation)
- Using the customer on file for the Subscription, the CRM Contact can be fetched in Deluge
- Based on the subscription product and plan, we can assign specific identifiers to the Contact in CRM
- This allows us to market to subscribers of specific plans based on this identifier

Change the order of your CRM Search by reordering your Tabs

- Yes, it is true. If you place your contacts first (after the home tab), then the first results you get will be Contacts. If leads were moved to the second position, then leads will show up next.
- You can rearrange your tabs by going to Settings> Modules and Fields> Organize Modules (in the upper right-hand corner).
