• New External ID Field Support In Zoho CRM

  • When integrating a third-party application, developers may want to store the third-party reference IDs in Zoho CRM’s records. To meet this need  Zoho has introduced the External ID field. This is a custom single line field in a module in Zoho CRM for storing a record’s unique external ID.

• Zoho Writer’s Zia Based Writing Assistant Now Supports Spanish

  • Zoho’s version of Grammarly now supports Spanish.  Mucho Gusto Zia.

• Indeed Stop Support For Resume Search in All ATS Platforms

  • Indeed announced the EOL for its “Resume Search” service on December 31, 2020 with all major Applicant Tracking Systems, including Zoho Recruit.

• Zoho Projects for Android Now Supports Photo Geo Tagging

  • Zoho Projects Android App (v3.3.2), adds support for  Photo Geo-location Tagging.

• Zoho Sign Document Creation via Zoho CRM Custom Function

  • Standard Zoho Sign integration takes multiple clicks and field definitions to be able to send out a Sign document

  • Deluge actions can populate documents via CRM data dynamically

  • Documents can be saved as draft or sent out Sign documents to Contacts

  • Logic can be built into the script to pick the proper document template to be populated and delivered
